On - Call Dining Room Server

Description

Note: This is an on-call position with shifts that vary and may come with minimal notice. There is no specified schedule each week.

Responsibilities include:

• Bussing tables and clearing dishes
• Serving meal trays to residents
• Assisting with drink service
• Setting up the dining room for meals
• Cleaning and maintaining a tidy dining area
• Ensuring a positive dining experience for all residents

Requirements

Requirements:

• Ability to work on-call with flexibility and minimal notice
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods of time
• Previous experience in food service or dining room settings preferred, but not required
• A friendly and compassionate attitude toward working with senior residents
