Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Moving Services Supervisor to oversee moving operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead our moving team. The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, excels in decision-making, and has strong leadership skills to ensure smooth and efficient moving experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate moving crew activities to ensure timely and efficient service.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring their needs are met.

Make quick and effective decisions regarding logistical challenges or customer requests.

Evaluate team members to maintain high performance standards.

Oversee safety protocols to ensure a safe and smooth working environment.

Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in moving, logistics, or a related field.

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Customer-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.

Leadership and team management experience.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.

Preferred Candidates:

Lives in New York City

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
