On Call Seasonal Lifeguard

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant surveillance of guests in the pool and waterpark areas to ensure their safety.


• Able to act quickly and appropriately to secure the safety of guests in the event of an emergency.


• Perform designated rescue practices as needed to ensure guest safety according to local, state and federal health and safety regulations.


• Supervise the use of other equipment when allocated to that duty (such as water slides).


• Prepares and maintains appropriate activity reports.


• Present professional appearance and attitude at all times with a high standard of customer service.


• Maintain cleanliness of work area in accordance with federal, state, local and company standards.


• Perform other duties, as needed.

This is an On Call position and is located at the Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach.. Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays are required.
