On Call Snow Removal Technician

Summary: Growing property management company looking for a motivated, self-starting Maintenance Tech to help with snow removal this winter. We provide the truck and tools. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and the ability to work responsibly without direct supervision. This position could lead to full-time employment in the spring if desired.

Responsibilities:

Help with snow removal and salting on an as-needed basis.

Manage 4-Wheeler, Snow Blower, Salter.

Work with our Maintenance Team to keep roads and walks clear.

Driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Can-do, positive attitude.

Highly motivated.

100% dependable.

Schedule/Compensation

Both Daytime and Evening Hours

$25/hour

Vehicle Provided

We will be looking for a lot more help in the spring and summer and this postion to easily lead to full-time employment for the right candidate.
