On Site Compliance-Recertification Specialist

Biggs Property Management is currently hiring a Compliance / Recertification specialist to join our corporate office and help ensure that our portfolio remains in full compliance with all applicable regulatory regulations. In this role, you’ll serve as a key gatekeeper for our compliance operations, collaborating with team members to maintain program integrity across all affordable housing programs.

We are looking for:

• In-depth knowledge of LIHTC and HUD programs.


• Minimum 3 years of LIHTC compliance experience.


• Bonus: familiarity with HOME programs or USDA/RD.


• Strong attention to detail, organization and time management.


• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.


• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review move in and annual certification to determine eligibility for all affordable housing programs and ensure that the certification is accurately verified and documented.


• Assist with file preparation and submissions for desk audits and regulatory compliance reviews.


• Transmit TRACS files and generate EIV reports; identify and report any issues to leadership.


• Support internal compliance tracking and tenant event reporting.


• Provide guidance, training and ongoing support to property managers.


• Assist with implementation of regulatory or policy updates across the portfolio.
