Position Overview
Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 per year
As the OYL Estimating and Purchasing team member, you will be the first point of contact for the On Your Lot Team, responsible for managing all estimating and purchasing activities. This includes takeoffs, special pricing requests, trade recruitment and onboarding, relationship management, and price negotiations.
This is a fast-paced role that blends analytical detail work with people-focused relationship building. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while living out our Core Values.

What You Will Do

Serve as an ambassador for the Pre-Construction Team and provide consistent, reliable support to the OYL Team
Complete accurate takeoffs, budgets, and price requests
Negotiate prices, terms, and rebates with suppliers, manufacturers, and trade partners
Maintain product catalogs and assist with keeping showrooms current with offerings
Recruit, select, and maintain strong trade partner and supplier relationships
Ensure trade partners and suppliers are fully onboarded and maintain accurate pricing in company systems
Research and implement innovative products and practices in the homebuilding industry
Attend meetings and provide timely reports as needed
Support special pricing requests and product availability needs
Be flexible with other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring

High School Diploma with 4+ years of construction or purchasing experience, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Construction, or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple activities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Confidence in building relationships with vendors, suppliers, and trade partners
