Job Description - On Your Lot - Sales Executive


Sales Executive – Southern Region 

Location: In-Person College Station
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $100k-$200k *This pay range represents an average based on commission opportunity*

We’re seeking a motivated, self-driven, and customer-focused professional to be part of our team

What You Will Do 
The Sales Executive is the face of our brand and responsible for providing exceptional customer service. You are responsible for preparing, understanding and presenting purchase agreements and leading any additional meetings necessary for the building of a customer's home.
  • Guiding prospects through sales process
  • Customer Experience 
  • CRM and follow up
  • Actively assist leads in sourcing land
  • Maintain show ready sales center
What You Will Bring
  • Experience in sales, retail, spa, country club or reception.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to reliably work weekends and some holidays
  • Well organized with ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously.
