What You’ll Love Doing:

• Creating well prepared, compelling live shows that keeps listeners engaged and coming back. 
• Interacting positively and making genuine connections with listeners on air and in the public.
• Using social media and talent to produce creative content and contribute to the growth of the brand.
• Relating your background and lifestyle to the job- If country music, concerts, tailgates, trucks, boots, and a good time are already part of your world, even better. 
• Working alongside an established, dynamic, and winning team.

What We Ask From You:

• A valid Wisconsin driver's license.
• Previous experience in the radio/social media/content creation field is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background and motor vehicle record check.
• Most importantly: Have a strong on-air presence, quick wit, compelling storytelling, and the ability to connect with listeners through your voice and personality.
