About the Role

Paul Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented and driven individual to join our team as a Driver Onboarding and Compliance Specialist. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our driver qualification process—ensuring applicants meet both DOT regulations and company standards. You'll play a vital role in transportation operations, supporting our recruiting and safety teams by verifying employment, reviewing documentation, and streamlining onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the recruiting team to ensure timely and compliant onboarding of new drivers.
• Verify prior employment history, including driving experience, to meet DOT and company requirements.
• Use platforms like Tenstreet to track, update, and manage applicant documentation.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready driver files and ensure all information aligns with Safety Risk Management (SRM) standards.
• Act as a liaison between applicants, recruiters, and leadership to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Analyze application data and third-party reports to support informed hiring decisions.

Requirements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative experience in transportation, trucking, or driver onboarding preferred
• Strong understanding of DOT/FMCSA regulations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Tech-savvy and able to work within application platforms like Tenstreet
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
