Onboarding Coordinator - Entry Level(G-Project)

Main tasks:
Administration of certifications and competence matrix
Certification database management
Perform initial onboarding training for new employees
Continuous training of the employees about different technical topics
Supports the Quality Engineering team
Working on Production floor with Production teams

Requirements:
Fluent English in verbal and in writing
Minimum high school diploma/graduation
1 year of experience in mass production in trainer position (Manufacturing Environment) 
Good communication skills
