Onboarding Specialist

Nectar is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our team! As an Onboarding Specialist, your main responsibility will be to guide and support our SMB customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience of launching the platform to their employees.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop launch plans


• Influence and work with customers to make accelerated launch timelines


• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on our platform


• Assist customers in configuring and customizing the software to meet their specific requirements


• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the implementation process


• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the onboarding journey

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer onboarding or implementation roles


• Strong organizational and project management skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work efficiently and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment


• Familiarity with technology platforms and the ability to quickly learn new software


• Must be able to work in-office in Lehi, UT

Salary:

The expected salary range for this position is between $50,000 and 55,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
