¡Estamos contratando Onboarding Specialist!

En InfomediaPR buscamos un/una Onboarding Specialist para guiar a nuestros nuevos clientes en sus primeros pasos, asegurando una experiencia clara, fluida y positiva desde el día uno.

Lo que harás:

Encargado(a) del proceso de incorporación de nuevos clientes
Coordinar la creación y publicación de productos digitales
Atender preguntas y canalizar solicitudes

Destrezas:

Escuchar y atender necesidades del cliente
Apasionado(a) por el servicio al cliente
Organizado(a)
