Contract position (6 months).
Pay: $22/hr on W2.
As a Life Cycle Specialist, you will process new hire offers, onboarding paperwork, and initiate background checks.
In coordination with our Manila colleagues, you will guide candidates through the onboarding process via text, email and phone, explaining next steps, collecting paperwork, and making appropriate outreach to help gather information to complete the hiring process.
You will also have other administrative duties like maintaining the applicant tracking system, keeping spreadsheets, candidate communication, and any other duties as designated by the Life Cycle Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create offers and conduct peer reviews in the applicant tracking system and move candidates through the onboarding process, assist candidates as needed
- Issue background checks, maintaining the proper workflow and communication with candidates
- Adhere to the onboarding strategy and workflow to ensure smooth seasonal hiring
- Coordinate the onboarding process closely with Manila Colleagues
- Check I-9 documentation and upload to Equifax as needed
- Coordinate Benefit Advisor hiring with Licensing Team and Coaches
- Tactfully communicate with candidates through phone, email, and text
- Maintain a very high level of confidentiality and accuracy
- Ability to work 40+ hours a week during the height of the Service Center Hiring (March – October)
- Other job responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications - External
- 2 - 3 years administrative experience in a fast paced and high growth company, recruiting onboarding experience a plus
- 2+ years experience in high volume hiring
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Ability to work independently but also as a team player
- Track record of meeting and exceeding deadlines while staying focused on quality
- Strong communication, time-management, and problem solving skills
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Articulate, team oriented, self-confident and resilient with a willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to prioritize activities with the drive, energy, and follow through to achieve results
- Exceptionally strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- High School Diploma required, some college preferred
- Experience with Taleo a plus
- Position is 100% remote
