This position does NOT require any license or certification in healthcare, but we ARE looking for individuals with a passion for helping others while providing excellent customer service and an eye for detail. The Onboarding Supervisor position is responsible for managing Onboarding Specialists, compliance support staff and administrative assistants. This role is instrumental in goal setting for the team, reporting information from the department to the Executive Team on an ongoing basis.

Position Details

• Oversee, direct, and organize the work of assigned departments and other assigned teams and individuals.
• Assist HR and the Onboarding management team with interviews for positions within the Onboarding department.
• Onboarding Supervisor may need to be act in the role of Onboarding Specialist if so needed per company demands.
• Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.
