On-Call Nanny/Sitter – Flexible Schedule | $14.50+ Based on Performance
Jovie of Reno-Tahoe – Reno, NV

• Base pay starting at $15.00/hour
• Performance-based increases at 30, 60, and 90 days based on reliability, schedule commitment, and assignment acceptance
• W-2 employee status

• Flexible shifts between 6:00 AM–Midnight, Monday through Sunday, 4 to 9 hours in length.
• Must be available at least 15+ hours per week
• Weekday and every other weekend availability required

• Provide safe, nurturing, in-home care for children of various ages
• Follow family routines and guidelines
• Plan age-appropriate activities and engage children with creativity
• Maintain open, timely communication with parents and Jovie staff
• Adapt to new environments and meet expectations professionally

• Accept offered assignments in a timely manner
• Show up for scheduled shifts consistently
• Maintain professional conduct in every home
• Meet performance review benchmarks at 30, 60, and 90 days

• At least 2 years of child care experience (nanny, babysitter, daycare, etc.)
• 18+ years old with high school diploma or GED
• Your own reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and registration
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass a 7-year background check
• 2–3 childcare references (non-family)
• Comfortable working in homes with pets
