This unique On Call RN position shift is 7 days ON and 7 days OFF.

Your Qualifications:

• Current Oklahoma RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing, with at least 6 months in hospice care.
• Excellent crisis intervention, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of hospice care and compassion for the terminally ill.
• CPR certification and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Superior observation, nursing judgment, and communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Flexible, cooperative, and passionate about supporting the needs of patients, families, and your team.
• Understanding of the hospice philosophy and the unique needs of terminally ill patients.

Your Role:

• Deliver quality hospice care to patients and families after hours in response to emergency calls.
• Provide symptom and pain management, patient education, and support for family caregivers.
• Respond to death calls with professionalism and empathy, guiding families through the process.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
