The Oncology and Infusion scheduler is responsible for coordinating and scheduling patient appointments for oncology consultations, treatments, and infusion therapies. • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred 
• Minimum of 1–2 years of medical scheduling or healthcare administrative experience, preferably in oncology or infusion services 
• Familiarity with medical terminology, oncology treatments, and infusion procedures preferred 
• Experience with Cerner EMR systems and scheduling software preferred
• Knowledge of insurance verification and prior authorization processes
