Perform pre-and post-conference tasks. Assist with conference setup, including obtaining help from IT staff should there be technical difficulties with equipment during oncology conferences. Participate in annual application process for CMEs to be provided for conference attendees. Minimum Level of Education Required: High School completion / GED Minimum Level of Experience Required: No prior job-related work experience Technical skills of Medical Terminology and anatomy required Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excellent keyboarding skills of 40 wpm with accuracy Knowledgeable with various computer hardware Superior telephone skills Ability to work independently and with a team Attention to detail Effective written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills Flexibility with change and interruptions, attention to details
