Minimum Level of Experience Required: 1-3 years of job related experience 1 - 3 years of job-related experience 1 - 3 years of job-related experience § Current CPR certification required at the time of hire § ONS Fundamentals of Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy Certificate or must obtain within 30 days of hire § ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate or must obtain within 9 months of hire § OCN certification or must obtain within 1 year of eligibility (eligibility=2 years as RN and 2000 hours of adult oncology nursing practice) § ACLS required within 6 months of hire
