About the POSITION:
A well-established, community-focused regional healthcare system in Sterling, Illinois is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its growing Oncology team. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established specialty practice with a strong patient base, experienced providers, and the resources of a comprehensive regional health system.
The organization has a long-standing presence in northwestern Illinois and provides a broad range of primary, specialty, diagnostic, surgical, and hospital-based services to communities throughout the Sauk Valley. Position Highlights
Join an established Oncology team of 2 Physicians and 1 Nurse Practitioner
Additional provider being added due to continued practice growth
Busy, established practice with a strong patient base
Oncology experience preferred
Previous NP or PA experience preferred
Chemotherapy-certified nursing experience is a plus
Willing to train the right candidate
Collaborative environment with experienced physicians and clinical support
Opportunity to develop long-term expertise within an established oncology program

About the COMP & BENEFITS:
$150,000–$180,000 salary, depending on experience
