Job Details
Participating in identifying and meeting learning needs of self and patients
Evaluating patient care outcomes and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team
Implementing comprehensive care plans for patients with complex needs
Demonstrating leadership in promoting professional growth and unit goals
Conducting thorough patient assessments and anticipating discharge needs
Collaborating with patients/families to develop and update care plans
Staying informed about relevant research and integrating findings into practice

Skills You Need:

Graduation from a school of professional nursing
Current Registered Nurse license in the state of North Carolina
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification
Minimum of one year of nursing experience
