Oncology Registered Nurse (RN)

Key Responsibilities:  

• 
  

  Provide direct patient care, including administering chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive treatments. 

  
  

• 
  

  Monitor patients for side effects, complications, and treatment responses. 

  
  

• 
  

  Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, and the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans. 

  
  

• 
  

  Educate patients and families about treatment plans, symptom management, and recovery. 

  
  

• 
  

  Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards. 

  
  

• 
  

  Serve as a patient advocate, supporting both clinical and emotional needs. 

  
  

Qualifications:  

• 
  

  Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing 

  
  

• 
  

  Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in MA 

  
  

• 
  

  Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, COVID vaccine, TB test 

  
  

• 
  

  Oncology/infusion/navigation experience required 

  
  

• 
  

  Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or Biotherapy Card preferred
