Requirements:
Completion of an accredited nursing program Preferably holds a BSN degree Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Ohio Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certification is a must Prior patient care experience is desirable Minimum of 3-5 years of medical, surgical, or critical care experience is required Preference for candidates with oncology experience Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care, encompassing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Educate patients and families on treatment plans and self-care techniques Monitor patients' conditions and promptly report changes to the healthcare team Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to hospital policies Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes About Us:
