What You’ll Do:

• Provide skilled, compassionate care in the home setting
• Follow and contribute to the individualized plan of care
• Monitor, document, and report patient conditions using electronic charting
• Educate and support clients and families
• Participate in ongoing training and collaborate with your care team

What You’ll Need:

• Active LPN or RN license in Missouri or Compact State
• Availability for one or more of the following: days, evenings, overnights, weekends
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• A compassionate, reliable, and professional approach
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
