What You’ll Do:

• Deliver skilled nursing care based on individualized care plans
• Monitor, document, and report patient conditions using electronic charting
• Educate and support patients and families
• Collaborate with the care team and attend ongoing training

Qualifications:

• Active LPN or RN license in Missouri or Compact State
• Availability for full-time day shift
