Your Role:

• Provide skilled, compassionate nursing care in the home
• Follow a personalized care plan in coordination with a physician
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient status using electronic charting
• Offer education and emotional support to patients and their families
• Collaborate with your care team and participate in training

Qualifications:

• Active LPN or RN license in Missouri or Compact State
• Availability for Wednesday and Sunday shifts
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Self-motivated, compassionate, and dependable
