OneStream Lead - Unlimited Growth Potential

The OneStream Lead is responsible for supporting our current OneStream application, provide on-going support, and develop enhancements to its OneStream CPM Platform for financial budgeting, consolidations, reconciliations, and reporting. You will interact with our team of finance/FP&A, accounting, senior management, and IT professionals to manage/grow the company’s OneStream CPM Platform.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintenance of OneStream and marketplace solutions.
• Supports the month end, quarterly and year-end financial and managerial reporting processes by managing the user community effectively and efficiently throughout the closing cycle.
• Supports the monthly, quarterly forecasting and annual budget process by managing the user community effectively and efficiently throughout each cycle.
• Responsible for troubleshooting during the financial closing process as well as understanding and maintaining application metadata and rules, cube views, dashboards, forms, and user security on a day-to-day basis.
• Identifies and implements continual process improvement opportunities. Additionally, this position needs to be able to document the processes, train the user community and support internal and external audit requests as well as SOX compliance.
• Provides leadership, coaching, mentoring, and support of CPM Systems organization.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree in fields such as (but not limited to) Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in CPM/EPM software implementation and Operational support
• Experience with Data integration.
• Ability to understand, analyze and articulate common business processes and decisions
• Ability to operate in multi-disciplinary, matrix organization using structured project management
• Strong proficiency in defining system strategies; developing system requirements; designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures; and implementing practical business solutions within predefined schedules
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff from any level of management
• Experience working with and creating data architectures
• 7+ years prior experience with any of the following products:
  • Hyperion Planning / Essbase
  • Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
  • OneStream XF
