Online Order Teammate

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack online orders accurately, ensuring the highest quality of products.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist in stock management for online orders.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status and assist with any inquiries.
• Ensure that the online order area is organized and all supplies are well-stocked.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the efficiency of order fulfillment processes.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines while handling food products.
• Assist with any other duties as necessary to support store operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in a retail or order fulfillment environment is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving products.
• Flexible availability, including working weekends and holidays.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to excellent customer service.
