We are hiring an Online Sales & Customer Support Agent to assist customers and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, phone, and SMS
• Assist with orders, refunds, and product recommendations
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer records

• 1+ year of customer service or e-commerce experience
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Familiarity with Shopify and CRM tools
