As an Entry-Level Online Hotel Reservationist, you will play a key role in assisting customers with their hotel bookings and ensuring they have a pleasant and memorable stay. Responsibilities:

1. Reservation Management: Assist customers in making hotel reservations via online booking platforms or over the phone, ensuring accuracy and completeness of booking details.

3. Booking Processing: Input reservation details into the booking system accurately and efficiently, ensuring all relevant information is captured and recorded.

5. Upselling Opportunities: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or upgrades to enhance the customer's hotel experience, such as room upgrades, meal packages, or additional amenities.

6. Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, working to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
