We are a family-owned property management business looking for a skilled and dependable Onsite Assistant Maintenance Manager to help maintain and enhance the quality of two residential properties. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine property maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies from tenants.
- Assist the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the properties.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address issues proactively.
- Assist with seasonal tasks such as landscaping, snow removal, and pool maintenance (if applicable).
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property maintenance, construction, or a related field.
- Hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with good communication skills.
- Must have reliable transportation for travel between the two locations.
