About the Role:
Beacon Management Services is seeking a proactive and experienced Onsite Community Association Manager to oversee a prestigious master planned community in Johns Creek, GA. This role requires a dedicated professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for community engagement. The ideal candidate will be a licensed manager in the state of Georgia and possess excellent communication, organizational, and customer service abilities. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary onsite liaison between the HOA Board of Directors, residents, vendors, and Beacon Management.
  • Oversee daily operations, community standards, and compliance in accordance with governing documents.
  • Manage and coordinate vendor services, contracts, and onsite maintenance activities.
  • Prepare for and attend board meetings, providing professional guidance and management reports.
  • Monitor and enforce community policies, architectural guidelines, and rules & regulations.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets in coordination with Beacon’s financial team.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and respond promptly to homeowner inquiries or concerns.
  • Lead and support community events and initiatives to foster resident engagement.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Active Georgia CAM license required ** Non-negotiable for the state of GA - A Real Estate License is also sufficient but experience in single-family homes and HOA's are needed!
  • 2+ years of community association management experience preferred, ideally in a master planned or large-scale community
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
