Onsite L2 IT Support - Join a Leading Company

• Predominantly responsible for the infrastructure support and maintenance for users in our New York offices as well as remote regions where required.
• The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the standard Windows desktop environment and experience in working in an Enterprise Front Office/Banking/Trading environment.
• There may be a requirement to work shifts in order to cover trading times, although the hours covered are not expected to be outside of 7am – 7pm, with occasional weekend work. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is a self-starter, pro-active and keen to enhance/develop their technical skills set through both hands on experience and training.

Key Capabilities / Knowledge:

• Desktop & Trade Floor support experience working in a major financial institution within a dynamic operational support environment.
• A rounded engineer with knowledge across the infrastructure stack and the ability to work with all those they interact with

Desirable skills:

• Polycom/Microsoft Teams video Conferencing
• Exposure to Excel VBA
• Exposure to SQL Server
• Knowledge of TradeFlow
