On-Site Property Liaison

KAPE Property Management is hiring an On-Site Property Liaison / Key Holder for one of our professionally managed short-term rental properties located in Huntington Beach (16801 Moody Circle Huntington Beach, CA 92649)

About the Role:

This position supports day-to-day onsite operations by meeting vendors, granting access for service providers, and reporting site activity to the off-site management team. This role does not include significant tenant or guest communication, cleaning, or manual labor — but does require responsibility, reliability, and consistent availability during daytime business hours.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Meet vendors and contractors onsite for scheduled maintenance, cleanings, repairs, and inspections.

• Provide secure building and unit access for authorized personnel.

• Confirm vendor arrival/departure and report visit completion.

• Maintain organized custody of keys, lockboxes, codes, and building fobs.

• Perform periodic visual checks on units and property condition as directed.

• Report maintenance issues or urgent onsite concerns to management.

• Receive deliveries and coordinate occasional supply drop-offs.

Requirements:

• Must reside onsite or be willing to relocate onsite as part of compensation.

• Highly dependable, professional, and organized.

• Comfortable coordinating with service providers.

• Strong communication skills (phone, text, email).

• Ability to take photos and report site activity as needed.

• Familiarity with access control systems or lockboxes a plus.

Schedule:

As-needed basis with consistent daytime availability required for vendor coordination.

Rent credit toward onsite unit (negotiated based on unit value)
