Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (US Time Zone)

Salary: PKR 70,000 - 120,000 + Bonus on each placement

(Current recruiters are earning more than PKR 200,000/month)

Hiring Focus: IT & Software Engineers (US-based roles only)

The company is a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in the USA, with its recruitment and operations team located in Islamabad, Bahria Town, Phase 4. The role requires exceptional communication skills and fluency in English to support the hiring needs of US-based clients.

Role Description:

This is an onsite, full-time role for a Recruitment Specialist focused on hiring for IT and software engineering roles in the USA. The Recruitment Specialist will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including:

• Sourcing and screening candidates.
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews.
• Supporting the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Maintaining and updating candidate databases.
• Conducting market research to identify talent pools and hiring trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven skills in recruitment, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
• Strong market research and data analysis abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience using recruitment tools, databases, and ATS systems.
• Understanding of HR policies and best practices.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
