United Staffing is seeking a dependable, motivated, and experienced On-Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations and manage employees at an assigned worksite.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage employees on-site.
• Coordinate daily staffing and work schedules.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and employee performance.
• Ensure employees follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues.
• Communicate effectively with management and clients.
• Maintain accurate attendance and staffing records.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous management or supervisory experience REQUIRED.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple employees and responsibilities.
• Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• Availability required between 5:30 AM and 6:00 PM.
• Must be flexible and dependable.
