OOH Media Company: Advertising Sales Executive

We are seeking a driven Advertising Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.

We operate and sell advertising displayed in state Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) locations throughout the country, offering advertisers a unique way to market their products/services to captive audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect for New Accounts: Identify and secure new business opportunities in the Houston market.
• Manage Existing Account Base: Nurture and grow existing client relationships to expand the territory.
• Travel: Travel within the local territory 85% of the time to meet clients and prospects.

• Experience: Minimum of five years in B2B advertising sales, with a proven track record in traditional, online, or display advertising.

• Skills: Strong presentation and effective communication skills.
• Language: English/Spanish bilingual preferred but not required.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Background Check: Must pass a background check (no DWIs in the past ten years).

• Compensation: Competitive base salary plus commissions (no ceiling), with incentives and bonuses. Successful sales reps can earn well into six figures, with a targeted income of $200K in three years.
