• Provide customer support via chat and/or phone
  
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product -related questions
  
• Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions
  
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly communication
  

• Advanced level of one of the following languages: Ukrainian, Russian, Dutch, Slovak, Czech, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Romanian or Bulgarian
  
• Intermediate English level
  
• Strong communication skills and customer -oriented mindset
  
• Ability to work in a fast -paced and team -oriented environment
  
• Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but not required
