Open Enrollment Specialist

Description

The Open Enrollment Specialist will be responsible for assisting agents and clients throughout the open enrollment process. We are looking for a motivated candidate with strong communication and organization skills that is looking to grow in the insurance industry! This position will provide a strong foundation on benefit administration and open enrollment. 

The Open Enrollment Specialist will assist with building out our Benefits platform with the client’s benefit package, coordinating with the client throughout the open enrollment period, and assisting with post enrollment tasks. 

This position is a good fit for you if you enjoy working with technology platforms, are detail oriented, and enjoy assisting others. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Review Open Enrollment Checklist & Offering with Agent and Client
• Build out the client’s benefits administration portal.
• Have communication with client and their employees throughout the Open enrollment process. 
• Assist with payroll integrations.
• Send final enrollment and deductions to client and payroll administrator.

Requirements

Qualified Candidates Will Have:

• Experience or familiarity with benefits.
• High school diploma or Associates degree.
• Must be fluent with Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Attention to details.
• Strong background in developing detailed estimates through excel.
• Adapt easily to different technology platforms.
• Customer service experience.
• Bilingual. (Spanish)
