• RN- Associates required / BSN or higher preferred
• Arizona Registered Nurse License or compact license required on hire.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience in a general OR
• ACLS required upon hire

Premier Global Links is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team in Lake Havasu City, AZ. As a full-time, permanent employee, you will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility with a team of experienced healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care in the operating room before, during, and after surgical procedures

- Assess patients' condition and monitor vital signs during surgery

- Assist the surgical team by preparing and maintaining sterile equipment and supplies

- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective patient care

- Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and recovery

- Document all patient care activities accurately and thoroughly

- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols

Qualifications:

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an operating room setting

- BLS and ACLS certifications

- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
