What you will do in this role:

• The
  Registered Nurse / Circulating Nurse assures the responsibility of
  planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care administered to
  surgical patients.


• The
  will have patient contact during the pre-, intre-, and immediate
  post-operative periods, monitor the activities of all operating room
  staff during the procedure to which he/she is assigned.


• Demonstrates
  clinical skills in surgery, and serves as charge nurse when assigned by
  Clinical Nurse Coordinator during regular scheduled hours and during
  on-call emergency situations.

Qualifications

Education:

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing, BSN preferred.

What qualifications you will need:

• Current licensure as an RN


• Current certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider.


• Minimum of 2 year of RECENT ACUTE CARE experience in operating room or ICU


• Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, strong communication skills and leadership abilities.
