Job Description - Operation Controller

For our Israel & overseas production sites we are looking for a Costing Manager to our HQ in Modi'in:

  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, overseeing their professional development and ensuring high-quality execution of all departmental tasks.
  • Monthly financial reporting package: Prepare & present comprehensive monthly financial reports with full COGS analysis & insights
  • Product costing: Develop & Maintain accurate product costing, ensuring alignment with production processes
  • Inventory control: Evaluate analysis and report, including cycles & reserves.
  • Sox: Manage documentation and maintenance of SOX narratives and procedures
  • Process improvement: Continuously improve the costing process & streamline workflow.
  • Partner with operation leaders to support decision making
  • BA degree in economics with strong background in accounting
  • At least 8 years' experience in costing at global manufacturing organization
  • At least 3 years' experience in management position
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to details & accuracy
  • Ability to work independently & under pressure
  • System oriented with expert skills in MS officed & ERP (MfgPro - an advantage) 
  • Fluent in English
