Job Description - Operational Manager & Sales

Arie Plumbing is seeking an experienced Operational Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This role will play a key part in overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of our business.
The Operations Manager & Sales role is to assist & support the front line team, communicate organizational needs, oversee employees' performance, problem solving, assist in recruitment & training & help create marketing/ advertising strategies, and ensure that employees follow company policies and regulations and lead in the Company mission.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily operations of the business

Supervise, support and coordinate the work of staff

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices

Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency

Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant

Formulate strategic and operational objectives

Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability

Manage budgets and forecasts

Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs

Recruit, train and supervise staff

Find ways to increase the quality of customer service

Requirements:

Proven experience in a managerial role within the Construction industry

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
