About the Role:

In this role you will be accountable for the successful translation of the company’s purpose, and global marketing strategy and vison, into the markets mission and action plans. This role will work closely with the Global Marketing, Operational Marketing and Medical Education to create and implement effective downstream marketing strategies and drive execution. They will actively contribute to leading the business towards continued growth and organizational development, while building best-in-class marketing capabilities.

Your Responsabilities:

• To ensure the execution of the global and local marketing campaigns.
• Create several frameworks and guidelines to standardize and assure brand recognition and quality when implementing a product launch in the markets.
• Create metrics and develop data analysis to support the strategic vision and decision-making process when it comes to return on investment.
• Partner with the Global Marketing team on the Strategic Management and Implementation of global initiatives.
• Develop and implement in partnership with Operational Marketing B2B and B2C Local Marketing Plans and calendars.
• Collaborate strongly with Medical Education Sr manager to develop and execute medical education programs; congresses, KOL and events strategy while building brand image through visibility and content.
• Collaborate with Media lab to create mkt materials but also to follow up on digital initiatives and execution of digital campaigns.
• Support the launch of New Products and Campaigns.
• Local Digital Marketing deployment.
• Leads and directs regional agency partners.
• Responsible for delivering all projects (including product Launches), events & initiatives on time and on budget.
• Be able to set up and follow up the MKT Budget

Requirements:

• 5+ years of successful business experience, including marketing experience.
• 3+ years’ experience with digital campaigns and digital marketing.
• English fluent. Other European languages will be valuated
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to bring structure to vaguely defined problems, pragmatically scope problem-solving approach, and manage execution.
• Good Financial Acumen, including superior budgeting, forecasting, analysis.
• Extensive experience of developing marketing campaign development strategies
• Must be able to effectively manage multiple conflicting priorities in fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated strength in strategic thinking / market analysis /competitive analysis / consumer behavior.
