Operational Risk Senior Manager

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Operational Risk Senior Manager for its Tampa, FL location.

Duties: Collaborate with stakeholders including customers, business owners, and development teams to gather requirements and prioritize features. Review the product backlog and incorporate feedback from customers, end-users, and internal teams. Work with the Global Business Risk and Control (GBRC) team on the facilitation of MCA (Manager Control Assessment) Transformation efforts as required by the MCA standard. Support the re-design, implementation, and embedment of the MCA across Citi globally, helping to strengthen an enhance MCA. Ensure that all transformation efforts, timeliness, and objectives are met per the set plans and targets. Help to coordinate Business and Functions adoption efforts and provide needed guidance, support, and centrally supported execution. Perform user acceptance testing for MCA transformation. Resolve user queries and concerns during UAT. Develop release notes and update the system user guide. Work with Technology partners to track and resolve system defects. Draft technology communications for the user community that feeds into the MCA wide publications feed. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Information Systems Engineering and Management, Risk Management, or a related field, and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related quantitative occupation supporting user acceptance testing. Three (3) years of experience must include: Planning automated information systems to align information technology with business strategy; Supporting oversight routines for data and information systems management; Identifying track-to-closure risks related to data management; Defining and implementing standard, guides, and procedures towards mitigating and eliminating data management risks; Developing solutions using Agile and Scrum for project and program implementation practices; and Performing maximum likelihood estimation, time series estimation, and forecasting. 40 hrs./wk.
