Job Summary:

We are excited to announce a newly created position within our team! As an Operations and Administrative Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting various departments including Quality Assurance, Rollins Entomology, and Termite Claims. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and analytical skills, along with acommitment to accuracy.

Qualifications:

The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of three years of proven experience in a data analysis and reporting role.
Great analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in data analysis tools, techniques, and software, including advanced Excel functions and data visualization tools.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

salary: $28 - $32 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to VP, Directors, and Senior Managers on the Operations Support Team, including assistance with presentations and meeting support.
Manage tracking, analysis, and reporting of programs such as the Precision Protection Gold Medal Program and Branch Operations Review Programs using Service Now, iAuditor, and Excel.
Support the Rollins Entomology Department by managing Continuing Education Unit (CEUs) requirements, facilitating internal communications, and providing analysis on trends and other data.
Efficiently process termite and pest warranty claims, while also conducting trend analysis on claims data.
