TDC Specialty Underwriters, Inc. (TDCSU) serves as the Excess & Surplus lines specialist withinâ¯TDC Group, focused on providing specialty insurance capabilities and related services to the rapidly evolving healthcare industry. TDCSU is currently seeking Operations Administrative Coordinator to support the expansion of its professional liability business. This is a hybrid opportunity located in Unionville, CT.
Responsibilities: Working under the supervision of the Submissions Specialist Supervisor, the Operations Administrative Coordinator is expected to:
Submission Registration – manage the submissions mailbox within established timeframes and utilize established guidelines and workflows for new business and renewals.
Credentialing Fulfillment – manage the credentialing mailbox within established timeframes and utilize documented coverage and loss verification guidelines and workflows.
Loss Runs Fulfillment – manage the loss runs mailbox within established timeframes and utilize established guidelines and workflows.
Support the renewal notice process within established timeframes maintaining compliance with documented state regulations.
Process Notice of Cancellation and Nonrenewal requests from the Finance department and Underwriting community.
Support the premium finance notice workflow, including communication with premium finance companies and brokers.
Possesses strong working knowledge of TDCSU products and corresponding product appetites in order to respond to varying requests swiftly and accurately.
Partners with underwriter(s) to assure broker experiences with TDCSU result in a high level of satisfaction
