Job Description - Operations Agent in Peabody MA

Westaff is seeking an Operations Agent for our client in Peabody MA!

Duties of the Operations Agent:

Provide customer service to customers via telephone, email and direct contact.

Track outbound shipments daily and provide updates in our Navigator system.

Monitor daily reports and action accordingly to ensure that shipments are moving smoothly and on time.

Take on any special projects assigned by management.

Work daily with excel spreadsheets, word documents and customer tariffs.

Data entry into our Navigator, Compass and CoPilot systems.
