A highly rewarding Operations Analyst opportunity awaits you at InSite Realty Advisors, in the Manufactured Housing sector.
The Operations Analyst will be instrumental in analyzing and managing the operational aspects of a $3B+ portfolio of manufactured housing communities ("MH Portfolio"). This role will primarily focus on data management, operational analytics, and maintaining accurate records of rent and pricing data for the MH Portfolio. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing, the Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role in providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making processes. Occasional travel may be necessary.

Pay Range: 90-100k. This position is full time at our home office located in Newport Beach

Roles & Responsibilities:
Data Management and Analysis:
Keep track of home sales / inventory across the portfolio.
Establish working relationship with management partners to facilitate data collection.
Consolidate large data sets of Key Performance Indicators into CRM database.
Constantly monitor home and lead data in the CRM database to ensure accuracy.
Oversee the CRM projects to ensure consistency across the portfolio.

Reporting:
Generate recurring reports in a clear and digestible format.
Collaborate with Financial Analyst teams to update and improve periodic reporting workflows.

Communication:
Maintain clear and timely communication with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure alignment on market research findings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate market insights into business strategies.

Ad Hoc Support:
Assist the VP of Sales & Marketing and Financial Analyst teams with ad hoc tasks and projects as required.

Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related field preferred.
Proven experience in operations analysis, data management, accounting, or related field within the real estate industry.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Proficiency in data analysis tools including MS Excel, accounting software, and CRM software.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to travel occasionally.
