Job Description - Operations Analyst - Order Fulfillment
Develop, automate, and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards in both Excel & Power BI. Analyze datasets to provide insights and create visualizations that tell a compelling data story. Ensure compliance with analytical standards and data governance policies to maintain data integrity and accuracy. Challenge stakeholders to prioritize long-term, data-driven decisions over quick fixes. Identify and communicate process gaps, providing data-driven recommendations to leadership. Facilitate change management for data and process changes, ensuring smooth implementation and seamless rollout. Measure and publish operational performance against established metrics and targets. Experience with Alteryx for data preparation, modeling, and advanced analytics. Exceptional ability to analyze and optimize complex operational processes, driving significant improvements in efficiency and effectiveness. Extensive experience in process mapping and workflow analysis, with a proven track record of identifying and implementing process enhancements. Strong expertise in root cause analysis and corrective action planning, demonstrating the ability to resolve complex issues and prevent recurrence. Demonstrated problem-solving skills using tools such as statistical analysis, 8D methodologies, and Lean Six Sigma. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and communicate complex concepts to peers and executives. The ability to understand complex issues and communicate, manage, and gain buy-in from all levels of the organization. Deep knowledge and understanding of quality requirements in product delivery. Experience managing and/or leading quality projects from concept to implementation. The ability to translate and apply quality knowledge into operational plans. The ability to lead global cross-site and cross-functional teams to meet project objectives based on measurable results. The ability to recognize the need and effectively escalate or resolve a conflict or misalignment. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Experience with planning and manufacturing processes and methods, Lean, Kaizen, Kanban, and other advanced manufacturing methodologies, tools, and concepts. Proficient in SAP and comparable enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
